Get to know me

Hi, I'm Allison (Al) and I'm a tax accountant by day and blogger by night. I created this blog as a community for hard-working women. I plan to share my everyday style, as well as workwear. However, you do not need to work in a "fancy office job" to join this community. I want to connect with women that have a passion for working hard and lifting each other up.

A little about me: I'm from a small town in CT, I love hanging by the lake, I'm obsessed with goldfish crackers, big fan of white claw, lover of hockey & New England sports, love to travel, and danced for 18 years. I did my undergrad at the University of New Hampshire, (Go Wildcats!) where I majored in Accounting and Finance and minored in dance. I recently finished my Masters of Science in Taxation at Suffolk University and now work in public accounting!

Not only do I want to express my creative side, I also want to help all the energetic and driven women out there feel confident in themselves and their ability to keep going. I am so happy that you are here!
